Workshop on 'Stress Management'

Florence International School organised a CBSE workshop for teachers on "Stress Management". Teachers had actively participated in the workshop. Resource person DR.Nishi Phogat and Dr.Ashu Chaudhary pointed how stress could be reduced at all levels through better planning and holistic lifestyle. Regular workshops for teachers at FIS helps them to enhances the quality of education by making them competent to address the varying learning needs of the students and also equips them for better teaching learning process.
